Prism – Stories from the Future
Prism – Stories from the Future is a cinematic science-fiction universe built around exploration, mystery, and humanity’s journey into the unknown. Set beyond the boundaries of mapped space, it follows advanced expedition crews, experimental technology, and the strange discoveries waiting in the darkness between stars.
At the centre of the project is Prism, a deep-range exploration vessel unlike any ship before it. Designed with adaptive reactive hull technology, Prism was created to study forms of energy and signals that conventional science cannot fully explain. As the ship travels through distant regions of space, its surface shifts with flowing colours and patterns that seem to react not only to the environment, but sometimes to the people aboard.
The world of Prism combines realistic industrial engineering with atmospheric storytelling. Expedition vehicles such as Sprocket, remote outposts, transmissions, mission archives, design logs, and recovered recordings all form part of a larger connected universe. Rather than focusing on war or destruction, the project explores curiosity, discovery, isolation, wonder, and the psychological effect of travelling far beyond humanity’s comfort zone.
Presented through cinematic images, fictional documentation, audio transmissions, future-history archives, and visual world-building, Prism – Stories from the Future is designed to feel like a collection of recovered stories from a future that may one day exist.
